Mission of Dutch companies operating in logistics and infrastructure, to Romania. Built around naval visit Constanţa with STAS, attended by Secretary of State, Tineke Huizinga.

By means of individual matchmaking, company visits and network assemblies, more has been learned about the Romanian market. The mission has taken place against the background of a visit of the HMS Johan de Witt and the HMS Rotterdam to Constanţa. On Thursday the 9^th of April, a conference on ‘Mainport development’ was held aboard the HMS Johan the Wit. Secretary of State Huizinga, of the Ministry of Transport and Communication, has opened and attended the conference.

This trade mission is part of the 2g@there programme ‘Improving Logistics and Infrastructure’, with which the EVD supports the activities of the EGP in Romania. The objective for this programme is to optimally position the Netherlands trade and industry so they can acquire relevant leads and business in the logistics and (wet) infrastructure sector in Romania.
