The Ter Haak Group has long a history in top quality port facilities. The company, founded by Piet ter Haak started in 1911 in the Amsterdam port. Today, his grandson Richard ter Haak is heading the business, which has developed into the Ter Haak Group with nine port-related companies. The Ter Haak Group is one of the few European companies that offers all of the various disciplines: classic or modern stevedoring, multimodal shipment services, warehousing, forwarding or container leasing, sales and repairs. From storage in temperature-controlled warehouses to through-transport by barge, truck, train or aircraft to any destination in the world.

United Stevedores Amsterdam
USA offers stevedoring, container handling, Roll on/Roll off, distribution, conventional stevedoring, loading and discharging. This versatile stevedore has the speed, flexibility and expertise to efficiently discharge, store and transport every type of cargo. It handles containers and Ro/Ro cargo, as well as conventional cargo like bulk, bales and crates.
Ter Haak Logistics
As logistic service provider THL professionally takes care of storage, logistics, forwarding, shipping and transport. The clients are fully informed about status and movement, so that they are kept up-to-date on the whereabouts of their products. Warehouses are located in Amsterdam and Almere. In China a representative office is situated in Shanghai.
Barge Company Amsterdam
BCA offers daily inland waterway shuttles by barge between Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp and many Rhine destinations up to Strassbourg and Basel. BCA makes use of the USA Ter Haak Group Home Barge Terminal in Amsterdam next to their Amsterdam deep sea terminal.
Cargo Company Ymond
CCY is specialized in worldwide car shipping and the forwarding of any cargo-on-wheels from any address to any destination.
Container Company Amsterdam
CCA offers all types of containers, cabin containers, offshore containers and reefers. In addition to sales and leasing, CCA has his own facilities for repair, modifications, storage and worldwide transport. CCA also operates two container depots in Amsterdam.

The Ter Haak Group has its own special purpose container manufacturing facility in Romania. Top quality sea-, storage- and offshore containers and cabins are build there , that meet the highest demands of customers.

With sales-offices and depots in Iasi and Bucharest CCR offers new and second hand sea- and storage containers and cabins to the domestic market in Romania.
